My cousin got caught stealing a $10.00 tie if that and opening chips and bottle water and put it back and the secret shopper ask her to go back in then store then they took her info but she gave WRONG information!! What is going happen to here cause the cops weren’t called

The store wont know unless they request Civil Demand. Once the Civil recovery service send letter they will either get no reply and assume demand was ignored and decide what action to take. If Post Office informs service no one by that name lives at that address they can notify retailer and again decide what legal action needs to happen next if any.
